CNC PROGRAMMER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program CNC Machines using Powermill
- Five axis Programming
- Ability to identify if things are correct or not as the machine is cutting
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts
- High-precision toolpaths for cutting extremely small and big parts
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions & observe all procedures & safety policies
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, punctuality
- Demonstrated ability to act in a professional and accountable manner
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork
CNC MACHINIST
- Run premade 2d, 3d and 5 axis programs as directed
- Monitor machines for efficient and optimal utilization and runtime
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Run multiple machines as required
- Perform duties with little to no supervision
- Ability to train and mentor apprentices
- Reliable job completion skills
- Ability to maintain utilization and productivity on machines
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 years of experience (specific machine training will be provided)
- Experience with high tolerance, high surface finish machining
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction & observe all procedures & safety policies
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, punctuality
- Demonstrated ability to act in a professional and accountable manner
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork
